Post Falls 8, Hayden 4: Post Falls beat Hayden on Monday night for the second time in two days to capture the district title and a berth in the best-of-3 state playoffs at the Charles F. McDevitt Youth Complex in Meridian. Post Falls will play a team from District 2 on Friday and Satuday, and Sunday if necessary.

Post Falls 23, Hayden 3: Jake Pfennigs hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning as Post Falls forced a second championship game on Monday. Jackson Sumner hit a two-run single for Hayden.

AGE 10-11

Hayden d. Post Falls White, no score reported: Benji White singled in Ryan Chapman with the winning run as Hayden won the district title to earn a berth to the best-of-3 state playoffs at the Charles F. McDevitt Youth Complex in Meridian. Quinton Bunch hit a three-run double for the winners. Hayden will play a team from District 2 on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday if necessary.

AGE 9-10

Lewiston Purple 14, Coeur d'Alene 7: Lewiston scored eight runs in the seventh inning to win the district title and advance to the state best-of-3 playoffs at the Charles F. McDevitt Youth Complex in Meridian. Lewiston will play a District 2 team on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday if necessary. Eric Kennedy doubled for Coeur d'Alene.
