Here is this week's list of suspected lawbreakers sought by Kootenai County police agencies and the sheriff's office:

FELONIES

Bass, David, C., 45, Athol, aggravated assault, $5,000.

Bicknell, Scott, R., 25, Hayden, burglary, grand theft, petit theft, $25,000.

Foshee, Nicholas, J., 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear grand theft, $25,000.

Ofearna, Kathy, M., 24, Rathdrum, failure to appear for delivery of controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia, $25,000.

Smith, Michael, T., 53, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for assault, $5,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Aspitarte, John, D., 31, Rathdrum, failure to appear driving for without privileges, $2,500.

Bohlman, Jeremy, J., 36, Plummer, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $1,000.

Burgess, Jeremy, J., 40, Coeur d’Alene, failure to pay child support, $3,000.

Kinney, Nicole, M., 29, Rathdrum, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $1,000.

Kirby, William, D., 59, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $2,500.

Lords, Lindsey, K., 33, Hauser Lake, failure to appear for DUI, $2,000.

Madden, Melanie, P., 48, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,000.

McCormack, Eli, 34, Coeur d’Alene, careless driving, $1,000.

Nelson, Karen, L., 53, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI and driving without privileges, $2,000.

Peterson, Robert, W., 24, Hayden, discharge firearm in the city, $2,500.

Quinones, Joseph, M., 25, Post Falls, petit theft, $2,500.

Shepherd Cameron, J., 34, Sandpoint, petit theft, $2,500.

Smith, Austin, J., 27, Hayden, failure to appear for DUI, $500.

Spade, Russell, H., 24, Athol, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $2,000.

Woodworth, Brian, E., 50, Post Falls, driving without privileges, no insurance, $3,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office at (208) 446-1300.
