North Idaho College is ramping up for the 21st annual "Really BIG Raffle" fundraiser.

Community members can try their luck for a chance to win a brand new $265,000 home at Syringa Park in Post Falls, as well as a $20,000 car, $10,000 boat, $3,500 vacation package and $2,000 shopping spree.

This marks the 21st year of NIC's largestannual fundraiser, which is a collaboration between volunteers, sponsors, community supporters and the NIC Carpentry program.

Only 5,000 raffle tickets will be sold at $100 each prior to the July 9 drawing. Early ticket purchasers can qualify for additional prizes including a $750 Costco gift card and a Silverwood Gold Season Pass.

This year's grand prize home is a single-level, three-bedroom, two-bath with more than 2,000 square feet of living area. The home is located on a corner, one-third acre lot that fronts Syringa Park at 2728 Bunchgrass Drive. Features of the home package include vaulted living areas, a large master suite with a walk-in, tiled shower, separate office/den, skylights, a three-car garage, partial fencing and room for RV parking.

Tickets can be purchased now at North Idaho outlets including Super 1 Foods, Trading Company Stores in Post Falls, Stein's Family Foods, Stock Building Supply, Lake City Ford, Buck Knives, the NIC Workforce Training Center and the NIC Foundation Office. Idaho residents can also order by phone or online.

The raffle is sponsored in part this year by major sponsors Stock Building Supply and Washington Trust Bank. The NIC Foundation partners with donors to invest in NIC, the students, and employees to provide access to educational opportunities. All proceeds support student and program needs at NIC.
