Burglary spree suspects sought

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of three wanted subjects who were involved in the residential burglary spree in Kootenai County last fall: Chelsea Morgan Ward, Lacy Lorraine Boissoneau and Anthony Gregory Vela.

 

Ward, 21, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging her with conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit grand theft, five counts of burglary and one drug possession count. Ward’s warrant has a $25,000 bond with US extradition.

Ward is a white female, 5-feet 4-inches tall, 125 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.

 

Boissoneau, 27, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging her with grand theft/ possession of stolen Ppoperty. Boissoneau’s warrant has a $5,000 bond with Northern States extradition. Boissoneau is a white female, 5-feet 2-inches tall, 115 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair.

 

Vela, 25, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging him with conspiracy to commit burglary, four counts of burglary, three counts petit theft and grand theft. Vela’s warrant has a $25,000 bond with Western States extradition.

 

Vela is a Hispanic male, 5-feet 2-inches tall, 135 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

 

Ward and Boissoneau were last known to be living in the Coeur d’Alene area. Vela was last known to be living in Rathdrum.

 

Anyone with information regarding these subjects or other fugitives being sought for violent crimes should call the NIVCTF at (208) 665-1471. The identities of callers will remain confidential and reward money is available.
