Update: Shooting suspect identified

A Press news team is on the scene in the 3800 block of Ramsey Road where there is heavy police activity, including SWAT and a helicopter.

On its Facebook page, the Coeur d'Alene Police Department is asking residents to avoid the area, but has not released any additional information.

We will provide more details as we have them.
