Kenneth Robert Jungjohann, 92

Kenneth Robert Jungjohann, 92, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, artist extraordinaire and World War II Naval veteran, otherwise known as “The Batman” for his fairground nature center bat exhibit. Kenneth was born Aug. 13, 1924, and died March 4, 2017, at 7:05 p.m. leaving his wife, Kim; his daughter, Liz and (Ron) Williams of Newport Beach, Calif.; and five step-children, Katrina, Nathaniel, Patricia, Kiliaen and Andrus.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 501 E. Wallace Ave., Coeur d’Alene. An exhibit of Kenneth’s art is pending for a future date and location.

A memorial fund has been set up at Idaho Independent Bank in Riverstone for his widow, Kim Jungjohann.
