POST FALLS — Veterans Renee DiFronzo and Betsy Legg expect to open Eagle Rock RV and Boat Storage, an 80,000-square-foot facility on the west side of Post Falls by Sept. 1.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the business at 930 N. Beck Road was held on Thursday.

The business will offer vehicle owners a garage-style facility.

With over-sized asphalt-paved drive aisles, the facility will accommodate any size RV, boat and trailer, or whatever "toy" or extra vehicle that needs a garage.

"Due to the endless outdoor recreational opportunities available here, this is a business and service we feel is uniquely fitted for the Inland Northwest, and we are excited to be a part of the extraordinary growth and enthusiasm currently being experienced throughout

the area," DiFronzo said. "Although we are in Phase I of the project, we are looking to develop the remainder of the property within the next two to three years."

The business will likely expand by another 150,000 square feet of indoor storage space in future phases.
