Check out our new calendar on Thursdays

The Hayden Senior Center, located at 9428 N. Government Way, is still holding its Fit n Fall Proof classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Today, the class is at 9 a.m., and taught by a Panhandle Health District volunteer.

The Fit n Fall Proof classes, along with many other great community happenings, are listed in The Press' calendar of events.

You may have noticed something different about our calendar. It has some spiffy graphics, and now it's published in the local "C" section once a week on Thursdays.

The format has changed a bit, too. You'll find your favorite events that happen more than once a week listed under the first day they happen. For example, Rathdrum/Westwood Historical Society opens the Old County Jail Museum at noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Rather than listing it twice, you'll see under Saturday that it's also happening Sunday.

To have your event listed, visit cdapress.com/lifestyle/calendar. Please submit events one week in advance. If you have calendar questions, contact reporter Devin Heilman at 664-8176 x 1111 or dheilman@cdapress.com.

And thanks for reading!
