‘Sister Act’ is fall fundraiser for Dems

COEUR d’ALENE — The Kootenai County Democrats have bought out the house for the first performance of Lake City Playhouse’s production of “Sister Act,” Thursday, Sept. 14. This is the sixth year the Democrats have sponsored this event that ushers in the first show of the season at Lake City Playhouse, 1320 E. Garden Ave.

The evening will start with complimentary light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar at 6 p.m. on the lawn outside the theater. The performance begins at 7:30. There will be one intermission when additional beverages will be available.

Tickets can be purchased for $35/person by calling Gale at (208) 755-3272, or online at the website, www.kootenaidemocrats.org/events. Theater entrance will be determined by date of ticket purchase. All proceeds will go to candidate support.
