Daniels, a 5-foot-9 outside hitter from Coeur d’Alene High, had 14 kills for the Thunderbirds in a 26-24, 25-19, 15-25, 25-21 win over visiting Centralia on Sept. 27 in Des Moines, Wash. Highline is 9-15, 2-1 in West Region play.

Madi Farrell

Northwest Nazarene volleyball

Farrell, a 6-foot-2 middle blocker from Lake City High, had 10 kills for the Crusaders (14-0, 6-0 Great Northwest Athletic Conference) in a 25-12, 25-10, 25-18 win over Alaska-Anchorage in Nampa. Northwest Nazarene, is ranked 12th in the Division II polls. Farrell has 204 kills for the season and 57 blocks.

McNeese State soccer

Johnson, a 5-6 freshman forward, has scored five goals for the Cowgirls in 12 matches this season, eight appearances, helping the team to an 8-3-1 record.
