Idaho Housing and Finance Association Seeks public comment regarding proposed changes to the 2018 Annual Administrative Plan for Idaho's HOME, HTF, and NSP Programs IHFA is the Grantee for the State of Idaho's HOME Investment Partnerships, National Housing Trust Fund, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Programs. These programs are Federally-funded affordable housing programs. IHFA is proposing changes to the Annual Administrative Plan for these programs. If approved, the changes would be effective January 1, 2018.
