ABORTION: And real life

Print Article

Jim Hollingsworth writes another letter he thinks is right. It doesn’t take a college education to figure out there aren’t enough Democrats in Idaho. There are enough to get you upset on a regular basis.

The so-called people who run the Republican Party aren’t doing much either. If they did something beside fund raises and raise my taxes I would vote for one. Sorry Jim Hollingsworth, I believe in people to run their own life.

Second, Mr. Hollingsworth, about abortion. I know a couple starting a new life in marriage. She became pregnant and had an ultrasound. The fetus had two heads. They prayed and went to their Catholic priest. The priest said abortion is total sin. She asked the priest what would you do. He had no comment.

Her family, including parents and relatives, were Roman Catholic when this happened. She decided on the abortion, and promptly the Catholic Church had a fit and excommunicated her and her husband from any sacraments.

The good news: She had a healthy baby girl three months ago. She and her family, including relatives, had the baby baptized in a Lutheran church where her family now worship.

You pro-lifers had better consider exceptions to your iron-clad beliefs. If it were you, what would you do? And don’t quote scriptures. This is REALITY 101.
