CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF A FACILITY PLAN FOR THE COEUR D'ALENE ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY Statements of Qualifications will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, located at 710 E.
