Request for Qualifications Biosolids Solar Dryer Design/Engineering Services Notice is hereby given that the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board (HARSB) invites interested and qualified firms to submit qualifications to provide a Biosolids Solar Dryer Design/Engineering Service. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select one firm to provide the Biosolids Solar Dryer Design/Engineering Service. HARSB is managed through a joint powers agreement between the City of Hayden, the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District, and Kootenai County. Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Idaho Code 63-1311A and 31-710(4), of proposed fee increases and new fees for the Coeur d'Alene Airport. Such fees include: 1. In General The purpose of this schedule is to set policy for collection of fees to support operations, maintenance, and improvements of the Coeur d'Alene Airport and provide ratepayers a planning tool for future increases. 2. Guidelines for Use a. These Airport fees apply in the absence of any contract or lease to the contrary. b. These Airport fees may be reviewed annually.
