Request for Proposals 2018 Affordable Single-Family Homebuyer Properties and Rental Activities IHFA HOME Programs Department is accepting formal proposals for two Federally-assisted single-family development activities. "Single-family" defined as 1-4 units under the same ownership and financing at one time. IHFA will award funds to community-based, non-profit owner-developers to acquire and rehabilitate/ construct affordable single-family homebuyer properties in Idaho except Boise. These properties must be sold to low-income households as defined by the program. An organization's current program funding and approved/underway projects will be a factor when awarding 2018 funds.
