NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST TO VALIDATE DOLAN FUTURE ROAD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners of the LAKES HIGHWAY DISTRICT will hold a public hearing in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code 40-203 and 40-203A to consider the validation of: A portion of the Dolan Road right of way designated on the plat as "future road" as recorded in Book G of Plats, Page 31, in Township 52 North, Range 4 West, Section 23, Boise Meridian, Kootenai County, Idaho. The public hearing will be held at the District Office of the Lakes Highway District, 11341 N. Ramsey Road, Hayden, ID 83835, on Monday, January 15, 2018 at 5:45 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Written, electronic mail, or oral comments will be accepted.
