I've had a tremendous response to last week's column on 'CHEMTRAILS,' the probably toxic spraying in the upper-level stratosphere done in recent years in a combined effort by geo-engineers and the governments of Canada, the U.S. and many NATO countries to supposedly halt "runaway global warming that's killing our planet." (Their opinion, not mine. I'm merely quoting various sources.)

I agree with Travis Combs of Coeur d'Alene and many others that there is an "eerie silence" across the media on this subject despite the mounting evidence of this very sinister spraying project. Yes, Travis, "the masses are indeed sleeping."

In answering a reader's question, geo-engineering is the science of artificial modification to the Earth's climate systems. The geo-engineers current project involves spraying a variety of chemicals and metallic elements, especially aluminum, barium and strontium across the stratosphere in 'chemtrails.'

The deployment of this spraying has been going on for several years. It's been "hiding in plain sight" as Mr. Combs puts it, but few seem to care that these potentially very toxic sprayings may be linked to increased cases of asthma, Alzheimers, dementia, strokes and, possibly, even autism. Time will tell as usual. The jury is still out.

According to recent interviews with climate scientists and geo-engineers, they claim that they have been "very successful" thus far in at least partially cooling the planet by dimming the sun's rays with their artificial haze clouds.

They point to Northern and Central California which saw the three coolest combined summer seasons on record in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

But, they didn't want to talk about the extremely elevated levels of aluminum, barium, strontium and other metallic elements plus various chemicals that have shown up in recent lab tests of rainwater in Northern California, particularly around Mt. Shasta. Oregon, Washington, Idaho and other regions of the northwestern U.S. and southwestern Canada have also reported 'tainted waters.'

Doubters should watch the DVDs available on the Internet entitled "What in the World are They Spraying" and "Why in the World are They Spraying," both produced by G. Edward Griffin and Michael J. Murphy.

My large Navy plastic rain gauge in the backyard is coated with 'tiny sparkling white particles' that can't be washed out. These nano-crystals are also accumulating on the top of my plexiglass sunroom on the north side of the house. I have never in my 60-plus years of using rain gauges of various types seen anything like what I'm now experiencing. (My main rain gauge is a 'tipping bucket' that has not been greatly affected by these shining particles, at least not yet.)

Some tests of single rain events in Northern California have shown elevated levels of aluminum that are nearly 50,000 times higher than the normally accepted for good health rate of just 7 ppb (parts per billion). I certainly wouldn't want to drink a glass of this water!

I should also mention, which I didn't last week, that these rain water tests were conducted by the State of California's own lab, Basic Lab, and were published by 'California Skywatch' in 2010 and 2011.

I have included a recent criss-cross grid-aligned photo of chemtrials provided to me by Ray Gaesser of Corning, Iowa. I've been a weather and commodity advisor to hundreds of farmers over the past four decades. Ed Petrowsky of Pratt, Kan., told me last Friday that "too much aluminum in rainwater hurts crops, especially wheat."

In recent months, there has been new data made available from hundreds of tests of water across the rest of the U.S., Canada and virtually all the NATO countries showing "increasingly high levels of aluminum, barium and strontium." I looked it up, folks. Barium is called a 'metallic element' of the alkaline-earth group. Strontium is likewise a toxic metallic element.

By the way, the harmful dioxins produced by Agent Orange in the Vietnam War caused major health problems. But, they were made up of chemicals, not metals.

These elements match all the primary components listed in a host of geo-engineering patents assigned to Hughes Aircraft, Raytheon and the Department of Defense, amongst others. Their specific goals, as I've previously mentioned, are creating artificial cloudcovers supposedly to cool the planet protecting the Earth from further damage from manmade global warming with manmade global cooling. (Mankind is in control, not God, in these risky projects of weather modification.)

As I said last week, these geo-engineers are PLAYING GOD with our weather without our permission for such dangerous experiments. They are fattening their wallets at our expense. They joke that "they are 'free riding' on the health and welfare of our grandkids." (Kids 'play doctor,' but I wouldn't want them operating on me!)

Our weather, as I've said for decades now, has become the most EXTREME worldwide in at least 1,000 years. This week's record late April snowstorm in the eastern U.S., for the first time ever in any season, produced the winter's heaviest dump of the white stuff directly on the scorched heels of the warmest March on record since at least the mid 1600s. (Did the geo-engineers possibly cause this freakish late season storm?)

These reckless geo-engineers are planning more crazy weather modification schemes. The scary part is that some weather/climate programs will have military 'WEATHER WARFARE' aspects. I will cover this frightening subject next week in Part III of this series on May 7.

Remember, as I said last week, the nation or nations that learn to control the weather, the ULTIMATE WEAPON, will certainly rule the world with an iron hand.

The 'race is on,' folks, and we're quickly heading for 'the endtime back stretch.'

Soon, the day may come when a barrel of clean, potable water may cost more than a barrel of oil or, perhaps, even an ounce of gold.

The Bible tells us in the book of Revelation that "men will work an entire day for just a loaf of bread to feed their families." (In some parts of Africa, that could apply to what's already occurring in 2012.)

We need to STAND UNITED against those who threaten our health, welfare and security.

As of this late Wednesday writing, we had enjoyed nearly a full week of warm, sunny weather with only a few scattered showers, including the first thunderstorm of the spring season early Tuesday morning.

Temperatures peaked on Monday, April 23, at a summerlike 84 degrees in Hayden, Rathdrum, Fernan Lake and locally at my weather station on Player Drive in Coeur d'Alene. Some lowland flooding occurred due to rapidly melting mountain snows along the Coeur d'Alene and St. Joe rivers.

Our predicted pattern of 'sun and showers' is currently in 'full swing.' The next 60 days should be a tad warmer than usual for the mid to late spring season. Precipitation will be near the normal four inches or so for the 60-day period ending June 30. That will push our annual total to above 20 inches for the first half of 2012, well above normal.

The summer of 2012 still looks warm and dry, providing those pesky geo-engineers don't cool us off too much with their high-altitude sprayings. We should see at least 20 warm to hot 'Sholeh Days' of 90 degrees or higher this summer. The weather for the 2012 edition of the North Idaho Fair and Rodeo looks great!

Mr. Harris is not the first meteorologist to point out the existance of "chemtrails", they are indeed a fact.

The invocation of God and a Bible reference apperas to have rubbed a few the wrong way.

    - credibility- When you publish tabloid junk like this it harms any position the paper may present on any issue.

Max Power............ That is funny I think everybody on here should relax. This is the same problem Cliffy has with his forecast. It was off by a month. This pile of trash was suppose to be published April 1.

PLEASE STOP printing the junk from this weatherman. Its a waste of space and ink. Of course that's great when ad sales don't fill all the pages.

Come on CdA Press, please replace Weather Gems with a real scientific column. I beg you.

I cannot help but wonder if there is to be a punchline at the end of this series. Certainly this is a new kind of journalism but one that is definitely unprofessional.

Wow, CDA Press, you've gone around the bend. This is not journalism, it's not even remotely related to reality. I assume someone at the paper remembers what it means to be a journalist. Please have them review the canon, then write an apology letter to the spirits of H.L. Mencken (how's that for on-point journalist reference!) or Edward R Murrow for your paper's misdeeds.

I guess the CDA Press is now competing with National Enquirer for its audience. Printing Mr. Harris's crackpot theories under the guise of an expert is irresponsible and dangerous.

it's time this guy gets the boot. seriously. this guy is not a scientist nut a conspiracy theorist. he does a great disservice to the people who may mistakenly believe him. I'm sure his profession should have rules of behavior which he has to be outside of. where's my tinfoil hat?

*** Infamous Octomom Earns Ph.D in Global Warming Action Alert ***

America will face an environmental disaster if Congress and the Obama Administration fail to reach a compromise on whether or not to increase the debt ceiling. So says a position paper released by newly minted Ph.D Nadya Suleman/Octomom.

Titled "Debt, Doubt, Climate Change & Chump Change" the report contends that even minor cracks in the debt ceiling will allow a significantly extra amount of UV rays from the sun to enter Earth's atmosphere and increase global warming. "I estimate that the debt ceiling is currently floating just above the upper regions of the statosphere", said Nadya Suleman/Octomom.

"It's where it needs to be in an effort to keep our economic system within the gravitational pull of the earth, while blocking out the harmful solar rays that contribute to climate change." Nadya Suleman/Octomom went on to say, "Without the debt ceiling to shield us, the sun is not our friend, it's the enemy of mankind"...

Articles that are laced with "perhaps", "probably", "possibly", etc should be considered on par, for truth, to Batman, Superman, and Spiderman comic books. And when you start quoting Revelations, you should seriously consider seeing a doctor.

    Meyer Randy,

It not a surprise you believe this moron, sits about right to your mental age between 8 and 12.
You just never can seem to see the difference between descriptive terms assigned by analyses and name calling. I guess I could have said, mentally deficient person, but then people with that condition(like yourself) wouldn't be able to decipher it, so Idiot is easier. :)

Fine work there Cliff. Silly question here. Assuming that the NATO countries are doing exactly what you say and even YOU are smart enough to get this from open sources, hows come Russia and China are so calm and quiet about it?

Here's another metallic element you might want to check into, librium.

The citations for this article are not supported by any known or credible source. In fact, one source is a conspiracy blogger and the other is a writer known for his anti establishment views, neither has scientific credentials that I can find. This is an alarmist viewpoint supported by the same people who brought us alien abductions, the imminent Yellow Stone Super Volcano and believe the News of the World is credible and newsworthy.

Mr. Harris, this stuff has floated about in various iterations since the 80’s. Covert government agencies, the New World Order and even citing work done in legitimate science as proof, it’s out there and Late Night with George Norrie says it’s true you know, all of it, even the aliens. There is absolutely nothing published anywhere that suggests that abnormal concentrations of Aluminum are in the atmosphere, especially in the concentrations reported in your Part I. If there was such a global plot as these people suggest, wouldn’t environmentalists be up in arms, or is it just so secret that even governments that cannot get along are holding their tongues?

W---T--F---!!! Why is this Moron even allowed near a computer! How does an Idiot like this get published!
