“Honey Bee cross-pollinates the sweetness of folk with the sting of rock.”

That’s the description of Honey Bee Celtic Fusion, a musical duo — identical twins — scheduled to appear Saturday, July 21, in Post Falls.

Deby Benton Grosjean and Pamela Benton will perform at 7 p.m. at the Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center, 405 N. William St.

Deby is a Celtic fiddler who combines the precision of classical technique with the freedom of traditional music. Having studied orchestration at University of California Santa Cruz, Deby weaves her fiddle skills throughout varied ensemble settings. She has more than 40 recordings and is on faculty for Alasdair Fraser’s Scottish Fiddling School and his Sierra Fiddle Camp.

Pamela is a multi-instrumentalist recording artist and performs on electric violin and guitar throughout the Western United States and is a regional favorite. She played for more than 10 years at The Coeur d’Alene Resort Floating Stage.

Tickets in advance are $12 or $15 at the door. For tickets, visit www.thejacklincenter.org or call 208-457-8950.
