COEUR d’ALENE — Stage actors and shadow actors are needed to bring "Mary Poppins Jr." to life for Out of the Shadows Theater's third annual fall production.

Auditions are being held Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lutheran Church of the Master, 4800 N. Ramsey Road in Coeur d'Alene.

Out of the Shadows Theater is a theater company for actors who have special needs.

Most roles are played by adults but occasionally roles for children are available. No experience is necessary.

The shadow actors work with disabled actors throughout rehearsals and performances to provide support, prompting and encouragement. No experience is necessary and shadow actors may carry the script in hand during performances.

Aside from shadow actors, Out of the Shadows is also seeking a propsperson, choreographer, backstage crew and other volunteers.

For information, contact Out of the Shadows founder Wendy Carroll at 208-818-0953.
