PROMISE: Fundraiser made around $20K

“When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.” — Maya Angelou

Family Promise of North Idaho is grateful to those who gave cheerfully to the Northwest Fest and Salmon Feast fundraising event on Jan. 26 at the Coeur d’Alene Eagles with Greenbriar catering the meal. Northwest Fest and Salmon Feast made just about $20,000, which will stay in Coeur d’Alene to help homeless children and their families obtain the knowledge and resources to have a successful transition from homeless to home.

Thank you to our Spirit Lake Level Sponsor Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty and thank you for helping make the transition from Salmon Feast to Northwest Fest. Round Lake Level Sponsors, we are equally grateful to you: Avista Foundation; Brian Goetz State Farm Insurance; Idaho Central Credit Union and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

We were blessed by the cheerful giving of the people who gave to the live auction: Duane and Lola Hagadone; Teri and Bill Burch; Robert and Joan Faulkner; Mike and Tina Irwin; the Coeur d’Alene Police Department; Mike Wood; and S.O.A.R.I.N.G., Inc.

Everyone was blessed by the many donors and in-kind items for the silent auction and fun. We are grateful to A to Z rental; Action Printers; Angelo’s Restaurant; Blacksheep Sporting Goods; Best Tire; Fins and Feathers; Capone’s; Coeur d’Alene Casino; Costco; Country Comfort; Dougherty & Associates CPA; Estate of Sandra Kay; Fort Ground Grill; Kootenai Health; Le Peep; Marie’s Clothing; Marmalade; Maxed Media; P1FCU; Pastry & More; Reform CDA; Silverwood; Ski Shack; Snackivist Food; Hamm Swimming School; St. Luke’s Episcopal Church; Sweetwater Bakery; Bev and Steve Moss; Bev Roots; Cindy Algeo; Stephan Marino; Dr. Amy Spoelstra; Dr. Bruce & Brandy King; Dr. Jeff Wilson; Ellen Smith; Jennifer Riggs Drake; John Albee; Lee McDaniel; LeeAnn Freshour; Linda Ryan; Mary & Phil Ward; Nikole Longwell; Pastor Matt Erickson; Roland Curtis; and Michelle Stafford with the band Common Ground.
