McGovern wanted for drug trafficking

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Jane Ami McGovern.

She is being sought on an Idaho State Police warrant for trafficking methamphetamines and possession of a controlled substance. This warrant has a full U.S. extradition.

McGovern, 48, is a 5-foot-3, 150-pound white female with blue eyes and red hair. She is most recently listed as living in Post Falls.

The NIVCTF, consisting of members of the FBI, Idaho State Police, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, Coeur d’Alene Police Department, Post Falls Police Department, and the Idaho Department of Correction, is tasked with locating and apprehending violent fugitives.

Anyone with information regarding this subject or other fugitives being sought for violent crimes should call the violent crimes task force at 208-665-4455. The identities of callers will remain confidential.
