GUARD: Gratitude galore

Thanks to the deployment of our Idaho National Guard, I have been extremely fortunate to have two Guard soldiers assigned to assist with scheduling Medical Reserve Corps volunteers to staff our vaccination clinics. They have taken a huge weight off my shoulders.

We went to Bardenay for lunch recently so I could show them my appreciation for all their hard work. Imagine my surprise and delight to be told as we were leaving that someone had anonymously taken care of our tab.

I would like to offer my most sincere thanks to the individual who paid for our lunch. It is wonderful to live in a community that cares. An even bigger thanks to all the Medical Reserve Corps members and Guard soldiers who continue to assist our community in efforts to resolve this pandemic. You are all superstars!
