Deputies arrived on the scene and learned the caller’s neighbor came out to his vehicle being struck by another car and as the car fled he fired a shot into the ground. While deputies were on the scene, another deputy was looking for the vehicle, which he saw in the area. The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle, which fled and then quickly turned into a driveway.
