Hospice of North Idaho executive director announces resignation
Hospice of North Idaho announces the resignation of Executive Director Paul Weil. Effective Aug. 1, Weil will be stepping down as the director of the organization, a role he has held for nearly 10 years.
Weil is leaving Hospice of North Idaho to pursue new career opportunities.
"Paul is leaving the organization in an excellent position to continue to grow and improve end-of-life care for our community," said Hospice of North Idaho Board Chairperson Brenda Wild. "We thank him for his years of leadership and commitment to Hospice of North Idaho and wish him well in his future endeavors."
Hospice of North Idaho has been the area's only nonprofit hospice since 1981.
In August 2011, Hospice of North Idaho opened Idaho's first Hospice House, which has already served more than 200 patients and their loved ones.
Debbie Ferguson has joined Avalanche Insurance as an agent at its Coeur d'Alene office.
Ferguson is licensed in both personal and business insurance.
