Fresh, raw juice and smoothies are featured at the Well-ness Bar, which opened in July at 312 Fourth St. (across from CdA Crossfit).

"Drinking fresh, raw juices has proven health benefits such as weight loss, clearer skin, better body tone and is delicious and convenient," Monica said. The store also has a meeting space for wellness related classes.

And now the Tidbits

- Watch for Pretty Angel Botanicals & Gifts in Riverstone, CdA Nails & Spa in Crossroads Plaza, Buffalo Wild Wings off Highway 95 at Neider and Fortus Realty at Harrison and Third and news from Capone's.

- August, this year, has five Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This happens only once every 823 years. It may be good luck if you tell someone else.

- The temperatures have been in the 90s. Notice "90s" is simply plural, not possessive (90's). And ads show new houses in the "$200,000's." Aaargh. Not possessive (until you buy one). Heh, heh.

- In a church bulletin: "A bean supper is 6 p.m. Tuesday. Music will follow."

Eric uses stolen money to run his business, he's shady and unethical. Don't buy from him or Sabra.

3.50 for a darn hot dog? I would rather buy at the store and add my own zippy toppings. that is as bad as paying to suck chicken wings.

2 thumbs up for Lava Dogs. Be prepared to pay 3.50, but it is big, great bun and really unique, zippy toppings.
