Braeback, Kathy A., 33, Spokane Valley, grand theft, $10,000.

Glenn, Justin B., 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to register as a sex offender, probation violation for rape, $50,000.

Jurgensen, Sadee R., 19, Rathdrum, failure to appear for possession of controlled substance, $35,000.

Phillips, Jesse R., 25, Lynnwood, probation violation for burglary, $25,000.

 

Misdemeanors

Bailey, Shane L., 21, Hayden, misdemeanor probation violation for minor-in-possession-alcohol, $15,000.

Banning, Steven M., 29, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation for domestic battery, $10,000.

Bell, Dain L., 33, Moyie Springs, civil warrant for attachment, $10,000.

Bonine, Darin S., 19, Hayden, failure to appear for petit theft, two days jail.

Buller, Rhiannon M., 34, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $500.

Cox, Kyle J., 24, Post Falls, driving while suspended, $1,000.

Fehling, Cecilia L., 28, Post Falls, conversion of merchandise, $5,000.

Jewett, Jennifer A., 32, Coeur d’Alene, inattentive driving, $300.

King, Shane G., 25, Hayden, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Newton, Jay R., 44, Harrison, failure to appear for invalid driver’s license, $206.

Parker, Michael K., 21, Post Falls, misdemeanor probation violation for petit theft, $25,000.

Ricker, Duane S., 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for fishing without a license, $171.

Smith, Donald R., 45, Post Falls, four counts of petit theft, $4,500, 10 days jail.

White, Barry B., 29, Post Falls, possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000, 12 days jail.

Zech, Eli G., 20, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, 10 days jail.

Kootenai County currently has more than 4,000 warrants. If anyone knows the location of a wanted person, they can contact their local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department at 446-1300.
