Community United Methodist Church will be offering a new DVD group study during the Easter season based on the book by author and pastor Adam Hamilton titled "The Way: Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus."

The six session series runs Feb. 17 through March 28. Hamilton uses video shot on his travels to the Holy Land to retrace the paths Jesus took from his baptism on the Jordan River, to Capernaum, to the Sea of Galilee, and to his final days in Jerusalem.

Each session is about an hour with a combination of video and discussion.

Class times are Sunday, 9 and 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, 6:30 p.m., and Thursday at 7 a.m. Childcare is provided on Sunday and Wednesday.

Information: 765-8800 or www.cumccda.org

This is a good idea. The Press' willingness to publish your note is very generous.
