RATHDRUM - The number of vehicles in Rathdrum that were damaged last week by apparent drive-by shootings involving either a pellet or BB gun has increased to 13, police say.

Rathdrum police Chief Kevin Fuhr said eight more victims have come forward since the original five on Wednesday morning.

The damage occurred late last Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning throughout the city.

The front glass door of the Wah Hing restaurant, 15512 Highway 41, was also damaged.

In some cases the windows shattered, and in others they were chipped or cracked. No items were reported stolen.

Fuhr said police haven't received any leads on suspects or suspect vehicles.

The areas where damage occurred include Buffalo Grass Street, Majestic Street, Fourth, Division and Westwood Avenue.

Those with information or tips are urged to call Rathdrum police at 687-0711.
