Coeur d’Alene police are looking for a 25-year-old woman.

Jessica Lee Lane was reported missing on Wednesday. Her mother said she last saw her daughter about 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

“At that time she dropped Jessica off near the Citylink bus stop on Appleway and Government Way,” according to a press release. “Jessica had told her mother she was just going to ride the bus around for a while because she was bored.”

Her mother said Jessica sometimes is gone overnight, but normally calls the family daily.

She said she has searched for Jessica, and called friends and family, but no one has seen her. She is concerned about Jessica's welfare because Jessica is bipolar and sometimes experiences hallucinations and volatile mood swings, the release said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jessica Lane is asked to call police, 769-2320.

idaredneck, perhaps you should do some research on bipolar disorder. Individuals with this disorder can function in society. They don't need to be isolated from other people - adults or children.

Really, am I the first to comment. An adult with bipolar dropped off to ride a bus? Tax dollars at our expense to supervise because some ones bored. I do hope they find her, but WTH was momma thinking? A break, for HER? My question to momma, why? Why throw her on a bus that kids ride? Now I know Why NORMAL people do NOT use the bus.
