COEUR d'ALENE -- Leading experts in real estate and economic development will identify local and regional issues and opportunities during Urban Land Institute's "2009 Emerging Trends in Real Estate" conference Nov. 17 at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Coeur d'Alene. Widely noted experts will offer their business insights during the morning panel. The keynote speaker is Dean Schwanke, senior vice-president of Urban Land Institute, based in Washington, D.C., who will highlight the yet-to-be-released findings of the 2010 Emerging Trends in Real Estate forecast publication that will be unveiled at ULI's national meeting in San Francisco next month.
