9:52 a.m.: A Nimrod hunting fanny pack, a Ruger revolver, a Browning hunting jacket and other items with a total value of about $1,100 were reported stolen from a 2010 GMC pickup parked in the driveway of a residence in the 7600 block of North Colfax Street in Dalton Gardens.

Cody J. Rupnick, 25, Rathdrum: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and two years six months indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $765.50 in fines, $100 restitution and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Kalum McPhedran, 27, Wallace: Three years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $225.50 in fines, $100 restitution and two years probation for attempting to elude a police officer.
