Tis the Season for giving

Potlatch No. 1 Federal Credit Union holds its fourth annual Season of Giving at local branches

Around the holidays it's the little things that mean a lot. A warm coat, a beloved toy or a can of soup can make all the difference in the world of a child or an adult.

It's the underlying mission of Potlatch No. 1 Federal Credit Union's Season of Giving campaign, said Brittney Keil, a marketing specialist with Potlatch (P1FCU).

“The Season of Giving spreads the warmth of the season by providing aid to those in need during November and December,” said Keil. “Every donation, no matter how much, will make a difference in someone's life.”

The Lewiston-based P1FCU is holding its fourth annual Season of Giving campaign at its branch locations in Hayden, Post Falls, Bonner's Ferry and Ponderay. Every branch accepts two dollar donations, two cans of food, a new or gently used coat, or an unwrapped toy.

The Season of Giving lasts until December 23. The donations stay local and are given to organizations such as the Salvation Army, Toys for Tots and area food banks.

P1FCU members who donate will be eligible to win a $50 Visa gift card.
