A new year often means a new start for people hoping to change their lives for the better.

PEAK Health and Wellness Center hopes to help light the spark that will ignite people’s passion for health in 2018.

The truth is becoming a healthy person requires commitment and consistency.  There are no shortcuts. The truth is getting fit and feeling fit takes time.  

“Beginning your fitness journey now will make your summer a more enjoyable experience, that is why we are beginning our push for fitness now!” said Peak Owner Gary Retter. “We are thrilled to offer three special days in January to help you join PEAK at a very special rate.”

That rate is $18 to join and no dues until February 1. 

PEAK Post Falls, Tuesday, January 16th

PEAK Coeur d’Alene, Wednesday, January 17th

PEAK Tennis/Hayden, Thursday, February 18th

On those days there will be special demonstrations at each facility from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Join during these days, each PEAK location will have a drawing for a three month membership, a six month membership and a six pack training session (30 minutes each).

PEAK’s regular monthly rate is $48 for a single or first family member; $33 for second family member/couple; $21 for 3rd family member; Beyond this is FREE

A college student monthly rate is $38.

If a member has SILVER SNEAKERS through insurance, their membership is FREE

If a member has SILVER & FIT through their insurance, their annual membership is $50

PEAK has three locations. PEAK Coeur d’Alene is located in the Ironwood Hospital District. PEAK Post Falls is located next to the Super 1 Foods grocery store off of Mullan Avenue.
