Looking for something to kickstart your fitness regime without fear or judgements from your personal trainer or your fellow gym mates?

Empower Training Boot Camp is a four-week program designed for total body transformation and lifestyle makeover. Dave Cannon, owner and founder of Empower, said the boot camp is designed for all levels of physical fitness, including couch potatoes.

“Beginners and elite athletes alike can work side by side, successfully transforming their bodies to a lifestyle of health and wellness,” said Cannon. “You can have a good time while gaining results and not feel so negative about yourself that a lot of people do in a traditional gym because they feel judged. We have none of that at Empower.”

Empower Training Studio is located at 6506 W. Prairie in Post Falls and focuses on functional/real world training.

“At Empower, we are here for you providing fun, functional, and effective workouts that will challenge and inspire the changes that all too many find difficult when going to traditional gyms,” said  Cannon. “From weights, bands, and suspension trainers to body weight exercises, battle ropes and tires, we have you covered to keep things fun, sweaty, and interesting!”

There is also a "Kids Area" in sight of your workout area with activities for your kids to play while you work out so you never have to skip workouts because you don't have a sitter.

We now offer unlimited Boot Camp for one low price and a punch card options available.  NEVER A HIDDEN FEE!!!
