Robin Lee Jennings, 57

Robin Lee (Booth) Jennings 57, passed away peacefully in the company of family and the presence of God on Aug. 16, 2015. Born Sept. 17, 1957, in Provo, Utah, to John Weston Booth and Dorothy May (Hutcheson) Booth, she was the baby of the family. They moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and later to Post Falls, where she loved growing up on the country farm in Pleasant View, Utah. She was an active member of Camp Fire Girls and a ribbon? winner in 4?H. She developed a love for all animals, especially goats and dogs. As a 12-year senior involved in all sorts of activities, she graduated from Post Falls High School in 1975. Robin attended both NIC and the University of Idaho.

She met her husband PJ Jennings in December 1977. The two married June 19, 1978. Together they owned and operated Paddy's in Coeur d'Alene for 25 years. Adding two children, Marie and Patrick, gave them a full life. In 2005, PJ and Robin opened the O'Aces on I?-90 in DeBorgia, Mont.

Robin loved antiquing, golfing, reading, thrift shopping, watching sports and baking. Her love of celebration made every holiday very special, so her grandchildren particularly looked forward to their amazing birthday cakes. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and loyal sister, and always put others above herself.

Robin touched so many lives with her never-ending generosity that to know her was to love her. She is cherished, and will be deeply missed, by family and the scores of people who can truly call her "friend". She is survived by husband of 37 years, PJ of DeBorgia Mont., their daughter Marie (Michael) Nail and grandchildren Emerson and Eli of Coeur d'Alene, their son Patrick (Aneta) Jennings of Williston, N.D., brothers Lyle (Sharon) Booth of St Regis, Mont., and Bill (Kathy) Booth of Coeur d Alene, sisters Betsy (Tom) Greene of Bainbridge Island, Wash., and Cora Lynn (Ron) Montague of Clarkston, Wash., along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and her beloved chocolate lab, "Boss". She was preceded in death by her father in 1968 and her mother in 2007.

A celebration of life is scheduled from 3-?5 p.m. on Sept. 20 at the Eagles Pavilion, 1708 N. 15th Street, Coeur d' Alene. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Robin's name to Hospice of North Idaho, 9493 N.Government Way, Hayden, ID, 83835.
