HOWELL SEWER INTERCEPTOR FOR THE CITY OF POST FALLS KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO Separate sealed Bids for the HOWELL SEWER INTERCEPTOR will be received by the CITY OF POST FALLS, Clerk's Office, located at 408 Spokane Street, second floor, Post Falls, ID 83854, until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), on July 2, 2019 and then in the basement conference room of City Hall publicly opened and read aloud.
