When dealing with your money, which do you prefer: speed and efficiency of transactions, or a personal relationship with your financial institution? Numerica Credit Union believes you shouldn’t have to choose. Numerica has been evolving to meet the needs of quick, direct connections between members and their money while being able to develop deeper personal relationships with members and the community.

“With technology able to assist in many of the day-to-day transactions, branch interactions can focus on the next step in financial care and offer a more complete conversation for a member’s well being,” said Jessica Chavolla, Numerica’s Hayden branch manager.

The newly-remodeled branch in Hayden showcases that balance of technology to assist in everyday transactions while also allowing for a more personal experience for in-person interactions.

A few highlights in the new space include:

• Enhanced 24/7 drive-thru ATMs to accept cash and check deposits, provide withdrawals in multiple denominations and make transfers between Numerica accounts

• Open space between Numerica staff and members to welcome them in to have meaningful interactions

• Private meeting rooms to discuss long-term goals, plans, and loans

Numerica President and CEO Carla Cicero’s vision to provide barrier-free communication and service to our members was a driving force in the new space. “Numerica designed the branches with members in mind, evoking a stress-free and comfortable environment to foster member well-being,” said Chavolla. “The new branch designs are a physical manifestation of what truly sets Numerica apart - our passion for enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities.”

The open design is also intended to create a space where members feel open to have important conversations about money. Numerica believes it’s crucial to talk honestly about your finances and how to make your dreams into reality. Whether it’s paying down student loan debt or buying your first house, Numerica is ready to have the “money talk” with you.
