CLIMATE: Cyclical in nature

Regarding your Sunday, Oct. 22 article on climate change, one sentence bothered me. That was a claim, and, perhaps by a writer or editor, that global warming is man caused.

This ignores science. The last ice age shed its light some 10,000 years ago, but gradually ended some 7,000 years ago due to gradual global warming. At some point, the Earth will gradually cool until we have another ice age. Even if mankind went extinct tomorrow, it wouldn’t stop this cyclical process.
