JUSTICE: Judging judges

Print Article

My heart goes out to Chloe Westwood regarding her daughter, Alexa Mrgich, being killed by an impaired driver, Varsal Jarnigan. She’s seeking justice for her daughter’s death as I would be wanting to do also. I just hope she doesn’t get Judge Scott Wayman, the judge who let William Swan be released on PROBATION after killing a 16-year-old and severely injuring his brother!?

These judges who let drunks and druggies who have killed or severely injured people out of jail are RIDICULOUS! I really wish I had become a judge because people like Varsal Jarnigan and William Swan would be kept IN prison for the remainder of their lives for what they had done so they couldn’t do it again.
