AVISTA: Fishing for a hike

Print Article

I just read in Wednesday’s Press that Avista has filed a formal request for a rate increase on us for infrastructure. I wonder how much of this will go to Andy Dux and his fish killing biologists of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game. Maybe an increase would not be necessary if they (Avista) cut out the IDFG.

Hell’s bells, nobody really knows how much Avista coughs up so Andy’s gang can go out and try to eliminate the predatory species of fish we anglers seek the most. Think about it.
