GUNS: NRA under SF assault

Print Article

San Francisco Board of Supervisors unanimously designate the NRA as a domestic terrorist organization!

The Board of Supervisors decided to use their power to assess financial and contractual relationships with their vendors and contractors that have business with the NRA and take every reasonable step to limit those entities that do business with the NRA from doing business with the city and county of San Francisco.

The NRA, the premier, oldest, civil-rights organization engages in political activities and exercises its First Amendment rights to preserve the Second Amendment.

San Francisco’s Supervisor Catherine Stefan and a former prosecutor made the disgusting and illegal motion. Like our own Alice Arambarri, she is a leader and spokesperson for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. Bloomberg and his Mayor’s Against Illegal Guns own the Moms organization lock, stock and barrel with $50 million funding this grassroots organization.

Federal, state and local governments are prohibited from restricting or engaging in conduct meant to chill the exercise of First Amendment rights. Governmental suppression of free speech is unconstitutional and violates 42 USC 1983. Government officials cannot use the power of government to suppress or censor political opponents. In the sights today are those who oppose their anti-gun sentiments. As a sanctuary city, they can bring the same governmental chill on those who oppose the “pick and choose” school of which law to follow.

Desperate to extinguish opposing viewpoints, the SF Board of Supervisors will use any method to impose their beliefs on their fellow citizens. When we elect unprincipled persons to lead us, we get the unprincipled government we elected.
