Monday — Meatball sub sandwich, potato choice

Tuesday — Sweet and sour chicken rice bowl, stir fry vegetables

Wednesday — Hot dog, baked beans

Thursday — Waffle sticks, sausage links

• High School Breakfast:

Monday — Nutri-grain bar, li’l yami yogurt

Tuesday — English muffin and egg

Wednesday — French toast bites

Monday — Rotini and meatballs, garlic toast

Tuesday — Grilled ham and cheese sandwich, baked chips

Lake City Center

Monday — Italian sausage with tomato sauce, whole wheat pasta, green beans, garlic bread, dessert

Tuesday — Chicken enchilada with salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese, black beans, brown rice, dessert

Wednesday — Beef pot roast with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, salad greens, quinoa with nuts, dessert

Friday — Roasted pork loin with apple sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, mixed grains, dessert

Hayden Senior Center

Tuesday — Roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, Caesar salad, fresh bread, dessert, milk and juice

Thursday — Baked French toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, milk and juice

Post Falls Senior Center

Transportation is available. RSVP by calling the senior center at 208-773-9582.

Monday — Krautranza, Dorito salad, veggies, pumpkin pie, juice and coffee

Wednesday — Valentine’s lunch (call for choice)

Friday — Shrimp Alfredo or chicken with penne (call for choice), garden salad, veggies, peach cobbler, juice and coffee

Rathdrum Senior Center

Tuesday — Goulash, corn, salad, cauliflower salad, cottage cheese, fruit, homemade ice cream

Thursday — Chicken Parmesan, rice, cheese, green salad, garlic bread, red Jell-O with fruit, mocha mousse

Sunday — Waffles, meat, eggs, hash browns (breakfast)

Spirit Lake Senior Center

(Dinner served at 5 p.m.)

Monday — Fish and chips, veggie, coleslaw, dessert

Wednesday — Barbecue chicken, pea salad, veggie, salad, dessert

Friday — Biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, French toast, fruit, juice, milk and coffee (breakfast served from 8-10 a.m.)
