Wednesday — Beef brisket with gravy, green peas and carrots, quinoa, pears, dessert

Friday — Baked salmon with farro pilaf, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots blend, fruit, dessert

Hayden Senior Center

Tuesday — Split pea soup, BLT sandwich, pears, dessert, milk and juice

Thursday — Meatloaf, twice baked potato, peas, oranges, bread, dessert, milk and juice

Post Falls Senior Center

Monday — Sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich, Potatoes O’Brian, veggies, juice and coffee

Rathdrum Senior Center

Tuesday — Barbecue ribs with Rathdrum senior sauce, long grain rice, mixed veggies, Jell-O, fruit, dessert bar

Thursday — Shepherd’s pie (beef or chicken), coleslaw, peaches, apple cake

Sunday — Eggs benedict, meat, eggs, toast (breakfast)

Spirit Lake Senior Center

(Dinner served at 5 p.m.)

Monday — Bone-in pork chops, baby bakers, veggie, salad, dessert

Wednesday — Taco salad, beans, rice, tortillas, dessert
