O'Bryant, Phillip R., 29, Post Falls, possession of a stolen vehicle, $25,000.

Malar, Douglas B., 37, Post Falls, felony DUI, $50,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Raddatz-Freeman, John R., 25, Coeur d'Alene, petit theft, $5,000.

Fuller, Tracey C., 46, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $2,500.

Yonce, Tyler R., 50, Coeur d'Alene, petit theft, $5,000.

Doyle, Ashley R., 25, Post Falls, petit theft, $5,000.

Pacheco, Nathaniel G., 32, Coeur d'Alene, disturbing the peace, no bond/20 days jail.

Taylor, Nichole M., 31, Athol, DUI, no bond/nine days jail.

Flowerdew, Dylan T., 18, Coeur d'Alene, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

Lyle, Derek D., 32, Coeur d'Alene, driving without privileges, no bond/four days jail.

Martenka, Marla L., 51, Rathdrum, driving without privileges, no bond/four days jai.

White, Floyd R. III, 33, Rathdrum, probation violation, $10,000.
