Malar, Douglas B., 37, Post Falls, felony DUI, $50,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Raddatz-Freeman, John R., 25, Coeur d'Alene, petit theft, $5,000.

Fuller, Tracey C., 46, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $2,500.
