Wednesday — Roasted turkey with gravy, quinoa, and carrot, cauliflower and broccoli vegetable medley, dessert

Friday — Baked salmon filet with steamed spinach with garlic, brown rice, melon, dessert

Hayden Senior Center

Tuesday — Brats with the works, french fries, three-bean salad, dessert, milk and juice

Thursday — Tuna salad sandwich, tomato soup, cottage cheese and fruit, dessert, milk and juice

Spirit Lake Senior Center
