The Idaho STEM Action Center is not in itself a nonprofit, as stated in Tuesday's iSTEM article, but it is a state agency that operates out of the Executive Office of the Governor. However, the STEM Action Center does operate a nonprofit called the Idaho STEM Action Center Foundation that offers a way for organizations and individuals to make tax-deductible donations to the STEM Action Center and enhance the investment the state has made to nurture the Idaho STEM community.
