• Six Catholic parishes will host a 14-step devotion remembering Jesusí last day. The event, in celebration of The Feast of the Triumph of the Cross, will be from 11 to noon Saturday at McEuen Park. The sponsoring parishes are: St. George, St. Joan of Arc, St. Joseph, Pope St. Pius X, St. Stanislaus and St. Thomas the Apostle.

• Post Falls City Council and Post Falls Planning and Zoning Commission is having a joint workshop at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the Police Department Community Room to introduce three new zoning districts and multi-family design standards.

• Idaho Fish and Game is considering airboat closures on a limited portion of the Coeur díAlene River Wildlife Management Area, in order to meet the demand for and maintain a diversity of primitive hunter experiences in the WMA. Information: idfg.idaho.gov.
