Embark on a sun-soaked adventure with the Coeur d'Alene High School Theatre Department during performances of the smash-hit musical sensation, "Mamma Mia!"
Inspired by the iconic songs of ABBA, this production promises an evening of laughter, love and entertainment. The show plays at 7 p.m. through April 27.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of a Greek island paradise, "Mamma Mia!" follows the heartwarming story of Sophie Sheridan as she prepares for her wedding day. Determined to uncover the identity of her father, Sophie invites three men from her mother's past to the festivities, leading to a delightful tale of friendship, romance and self-discovery.
Featuring hits such as "Dancing Queen," "Waterloo" and "Take a Chance on Me," the cast will have audiences singing and dancing in the aisles from start to finish. Directed by Jared Helm, musically directed by Scott Michaelsen and choreographed by Jasmine Inman, this production promises to capture the essence of ABBA's infectious energy while adding our own unique flair.
