Median home price during that period (on about a dozen closed listings) was $589,000. The average time on the market was 96 days, which for the price range is excellent.

HOA fees in Elkhorn Ranch Estates are $45/month and includes water service, Oetken said.
With plenty of space separating neighbors, Elkhorn Ranch Estates has a quiet and secluded feel. Still, the development isn’t far from civilization and the main stretch of Rathdrum. Highways 41 and 53 out of Rathdrum also make for convenient and swift commutes to Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and Spokane.
The Elkhorn Ranch Estates development is located east of Highway 41 by taking West Scarcello Road, then heading north on Ranch View Drive.
